Banana Muffins
Ingredient
- 1 ½ cups of standard flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp of salt
- 3 large bananas (mashed)
- ¾ cups of chelsea white sugar
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup of melted butter
Direction
- Preheat the oven to 175c. Coat muffin tin with nonstick spray or use paper cases. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt the aside. Combine bananas, Chelsea white sugar, eggs and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture until just combined and moist. Spoon evenly into muffin tin.
- Bake mini muffin for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 20 to 25 minutes.
