CLAIRE'S SECRET AMBITION.

Claire’s mum worked in the local cinema. She showed people to their seats and sold ice-cream and pop-corn. She loved watching the films and longed to meet all the film stars. But she knew that her dream would never come true. So, when Claire was born, her mother decided that she would grow up and become a film-maker. But she said to her mother she wanted to be a veterinarian instead of a film-maker. Then she moved out and found her amazing house in North Carolina. It was awesome, her house was big and huge.  

She brought her a mean skyline from the car gear shop it was worth $100,000 million dollars because it was the fastest car around there.   

Then she tried to find a Vet around North Carolina but there wasn't one. So she went to Washington DC

to go and look for her a Vet job there. So she almost found one but the veterinarian said “ sorry there is no more shops around here and we already have got enough people here ”.

After awhile she wanted to take over her mom's job. Her mum was happy and he liked her becoming an actress. Now she was known as a super wonderful actress and now she only thinks about what is the next movies. THE END.

             The Visit to Glen Innes library.

On Wednesday the 5th of August 2015. Room 7 student and Glen brae went to this performance in the glen innes library.

It was about Tamaki makaurau and te reo. The people that was performing was the people from Auckland museum of national history. They where talking about tamaki makaurau. They said it was all flat and that there was nothing there but forest and warriors.

There were 2 tribes patu and rakau and there was a river that was called waihorotiu. There was rakau for a bamboo stick and patu as the strong Maori Weapons they used in the olden days.The kaiako's names where brenda the story teller and tipene the kaiako for the self defence class and the patu kaiako person i don't really know what is his name. 

Then we first started with steps then we had a battle against the 2 tribe's. The 2 captains of the class had a fake fight then we got to have a fake fight as well. It was fun the defence people defence our moves and we tried to fight back and beat them and then it came to a end. The god up above came and said '' Stop this madness '' so he made the maunga and then the 2 tribes became family and there was peace and there was no more fighting against each other they where all family. And then the maunga was once called maungarei.

Reading task, Week 2

Journey to the stars .

What happen in the beginning of the story ? What happen in the beginning was that this guy went to the boat, he said something about the stars that he said that he has to go somewhere and retrieve what was his master's.

What happen in the middle of the story ? It was difficult for him he said that there was a lot difficult thorns in the way and rocks that was separated and that was in the way of the boat.

He couldn't of crashed and sunk in the deep blue sea.

What happen in the end of the story ?  What happen in the end was that he go a sword he just remembered that he got given that sword from his grandfather he was able to chop down thye thorns that was in his way.

My reading task

My reading task is about aliens taking over this house.

It was a poem but it turned into a story.

What happen in the beginning ? In the beginning the aliens first arrived they were talking dirty washing they didn't like the smell of the washing, all people underwear and shirts that were all

dirty they couldn't stand that smell coming from there it must of be awful.

What happened in the middle ?  What happen in the middle was that aliens destroyed all the washing and they got all difficult for them more smell came in and only the humans could get

it all done.

What happened in the end ? In the end it was all sorted out as all of the difficult stuff got handled and the aliens left the world in peace as the world was in  peace and harmless it was saved again.
